Customer Services

  • Conduct on-site walk through to establish “Project Overview” and meet with Customer Ownership/Facility Reps
  • Start Project Development and System Engineering
  • Install Monitoring System Interface at 1 targeted location to confirm Equipment Reliability and accuracy of Energy Cost Savings Data
  • Make on-site presentation of “Project Proposal” to Customer (Revise as necessary)
  • Identify “Project Financing” options
  • Provide Equipment Installation, Set up and Training
  • Schedule on-site Customer follow up: Monitoring and Inspections of Equipment and Energy Cost Savings Data (end of  Days 2 and 5 and then end of Weeks 2 and 4)
  • Ongoing Customer Support of Equipment and Energy Data Collection via phone, Internet and on-site personnel
